Motor Training for Golfers and Tennis Players

I conduct specialized motor training for golfers and tennis players, created for people who want to improve the quality of their game, increase body control, and play without pain. This is a new direction of my work, in which I am intensively training, combining a modern training approach with many years of coaching experience.

Motor training does not replace technical training - it complements it, preparing the body for effective, repeatable, and safe play.

  • rotational strength and movement control,
  • central stabilization (core),
  • mobility of hips, spine, and shoulder girdle,
  • coordination and force transfer,
  • improving balance and body control,
  • prevention of injuries and overloads typical for these disciplines.
